Extremadura is not the Spanish region with more pigs, but there is no other place in the world where pigs live so freely, without stress, camping to Its widths per million and a half hectares of oak wood. In Extremadura the pig is not a farm animal because in this land the pigs are Iberians, they look for life, that is, the acorn, without being stuck and they breed meats with infiltrated fat that fructify in pure aroma.
